Applicability

following Terms and Conditions, along with other policies
posted on this website, govern the use of this website and the purchase and use of the products
sold on this site. By accessing or otherwise using this website, you
agree to these Terms, Conditions and Policies, and you acknowledge they
may be revised from time to time by posting updates on this site, and any use after such updates are posted will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms, Conditions and Policies. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use FED-SPECS' website if you do not accept all of the Terms and Conditions stated on this page.
Terminology and Abbreviations, as used herein
"FED-SPECS", "we" or "us" may be used in this section and on this website in the place of FED-SPECS, Inc.
"SAE" may be used in this section and on this website in place of SAE, International.
"Customer," "You" or "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
Payment and Pricing
All
prices are in US Dollars, and payment must be made at time of order.
We
accept VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal. We
also accept American Express -- Select the "Print and Call"
option, then give us a call. We do NOT sell on open account nor on Net-
terms. Contact us if you wish to pay in advance by check.
We can accept payment by wire transfer. If the order total is less than $850, a $50 fee to cover our bank's charges for incoming transfers will apply. If you wish to pay by wire transfer, let us know. We will supply a pro forma invoice, along with our bank details.
For US destinations only, we can ship COD, Company Check. A $10 fee will be added to cover the additional FedEx COD charges.
If you are buying for resale with a shipping destination in California, please email a Sales Tax Resale Certificate to sales@fed-specs.com, then contact us when ready to place your order. You may download a blank resale certificate here. No sales tax is collected for any orders delivered outside of California.
Discounts may be available to resellers. Contact us.
Ordering
You
may find it most convenient to enter your order on this website. The
shipping charge will typically be computed automatically, and you can pay securely
using a credit card. You may also place an order by phone at
714-828-1400 or 800-962-3900, or you many order by e-mail, provided
satisfactory payment arrangements are made before shipping. (We recommend sending credit card details securely by using https://OneTimeSecret.com then e-mailing us the link created.)
Shipping
We ship exclusively using FedEx, and we can ship on your FedEx account. UPS, USPS and DHL are not options. We can also arrange for will-call pickup at our Anaheim facility for urgent requirements. More shipping information is available here: Shipping Info.
If
a transaction involves an export under the U.S. export regulations, the
commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these
terms and conditions of sale, exported by FED-SPECS, Inc. were exported
in accordance with such regulations. Diversion, use, export or re-export
contrary to law is prohibited. The commodities, technology and/or
software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale
may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan,
North Korea or Syria or to entities and persons that are ineligible
under the law to receive commodities, technology and/or software.
Trademarks, Copyrights and Use of Information
FED-SPECS and Classic Plus Edition are trademarks of FED-SPECS, Inc. AMS-STD-595 and SAE are trademarks of SAE International.
Unless
otherwise noted, this entire website, text, copy, images, logos,
indicia, articles, data, information, content and software, along with
the overall website design and unique method of showcasing products, is
copyright 2023 by FED-SPECS, Inc. All rights reserved. Furthermore, the products sold by FED-SPECS, Inc. are subject to copyright protection, all rights reserved.
Unless otherwise provided herein, any communications, comments or feedback regarding this site or its content sent to FED-SPECS by e-mail or other means shall be deemed non-confidential, and FED-SPECS shall be free to use such information and distribute it to others without limitation and for any purposes whatsoever.
Returns and Refunds
With two exceptions, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed for all products sold by FED-SPECS, and they may be returned to FED-SPECS within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost (but not shipping charges). However, FED-STD-595C and AMS-STD-595A Chip Sets are primary color standards and may not be returned for credit or refund after customer delivery. Sales of chip sets are final when delivered to customer. We regret any inconvenience, but a "chain-of-custody" from printing through delivery is critical for the integrity of the Declaration of Conformity that is provided with these products.
Software, consumables and some other categories of products may not qualify for FED-SPECS' 30-day return privilege.
All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned (Contact us). Returned products must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, all disks, registration cards, inner packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the date delivered. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number issued by FED-SPECS, Inc.
Warranty Limitations
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the products we sell. Implied warranties, if any, and are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
FED-SPECS makes no
representations or warranties, express or implied, of any kind with
respect to this site or its contents, including, without limitation,
warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose,
completeness and non-infringement. Further, FED-SPECS does not
represent or warrant that the information accessible via this website is
accurate, complete or current.
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
The information contained in this website is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors of products herein.
In no event shall FED-SPECS or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
In the event of any errors in materials provided by FED-SPECS, FED-SPECS will, at its option, either replace or refund to the customer the purchase price paid for the materials. In no event will FED-SPECS be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages. This website and the materials sold herein are provided on the condition that FED-SPECS' liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the materials giving rise to any claim.
FED-SPECS cannot be held responsible in any way for any variance between the colors in the materials we provide and those they are intended to match.
You and FED-SPECS agree to resolve any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of any product or service from FED-SPECS by binding Arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, or in a small claims court, and judgment on the arbitration award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in a court having competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and covers all controversies, disputes, claims arising out or relating to your purchase including, but not limited to contract claims, tort claims and statutory claims, or any combination of claims.
